About Hesed House
Hesed House is a non-profit organization in Lincoln County whose mission
is to offer temporary housing for men, women, and children as they get
back on their feet. It is also the only homeless shelter in Lincoln County.
This year-round facility works in various ways to meet the needs of
individuals and families. We have the opportunity to work with Hesed
House in meeting these needs. Opportunities to serve with Hesed House
Preparing and serving dinner in a group
Preparing and doing activities with the residents
Sunday Church Service and meal
Supply Donations – Link then click “Current Needs”
Conduct daily intake responsibilities
Sponsor a bed
Emergency and disaster shelter staffing
Clean Up indoors/outdoors
Teaching Classes: These classes should teach life skills to help residents
with successful, independent living outside the shelter.
They need volunteers 7 days a week.

Serving Opportunity in May:
As part of our mission team efforts we are working with Hesed House of Hope in Lincolnton. They are the only homeless shelter in all the county and
have many serving opportunities.
Please join us in blessing the residents with a meal in MAY.
Service sign up Options:
5/9 Drop off food in advance to Lynne (cooler on front porch) 8am-8pm

5/10 Bring your dish to the site and serve/mingle with residents
6pm arrival time
5/10 Serve at the site/mingle with residents (no dish to bring)
